This Saturday: "When Harlem Came to Paris" Returns!

Now in its third year, WHCTP is fast becoming the DC event of the season with its marrying of unscripted theater with music and art. This year, the main event will be set in 1926 with portrayals of the young band of visionaries who produced the infamous Fire! ! literary magazine, and music talent from the blues and early jazz era. In addition to the main event, two pre-events have been added this year to inform and educate attendees on the importance of the Harlem Renaissance and its iconic progeny.
